  • We love hearing your special requests! Contact us with information about your custom basket - color, size, and shape. We’ll get back to you typically within 1-2 business days with a quote and a timeframe.

  • Every Mountain Thread Co. kit contains rope, a 100/16 denim needle, and step by step instructions with detailed illustrations for your project. You need to supply your own sewing machine, a high quality thread, scissors, and pins. Fabric scraps are optional, but so fun to revisit with MTC kit projects!

  • United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Military Bases): $8 Flat Rate

    International Shipments (see “Do you ship outside the US?” below for more information): $20 Flat Rate

  • Yes. We offer flat rate shipping options to:

    • Canada
    • the United Kingdom
    • Australia
    • and New Zealand.

    Contact us for custom shipping rates to other countries.

  • If your order has shipped, it is not possible to add to your order. If it has not yet shipped, please call the store for assistance.

  • When an order is marked as “fulfilled” in our system, we send you a shipping notification email with carrier and tracking details. Check your inbox or other folders for this email for information related to tracking. If you have additional questions, please contact us.

  • Of course! Just use the “Guest Checkout” feature when checking out.

  • Worry not! Just go to the account login page and click “Forgot Password”. This will send you an email with and link steps to reset your password. Please be aware that these links are only good for 24 hours.

  • Yes, you can update your email address at any time. Simply log into your account and update from there. You cannot change your email address without first being logged in.
